What is SES.Hospedajes?
SES.Hospedajes is Spain's official accommodation guest reporting system. Claveo helps collect the required guest details, submit through the SES API when credentials are configured, and keep XML/export fallback available.
Do I need a PMS to use Claveo?
No. You can create bookings manually or use supported calendar imports. Claveo focuses on guest intake, reporting, proof, and operational follow-up rather than replacing a full PMS.
What is the difference between Draft and Valid XML?
Draft XML is useful for review while information is still missing. Valid XML is generated only when the required booking, property, and guest fields are complete.
